Found 3 random outfits on the official French Sims 2 site.
ESMOD - Tenue Hip-Hop Art
ESMOD - Tenue Potager
ESMOD - Tenue Océan

However there appears to be no mention of why they were uploaded or who created them. Although I'd assume they are an official download created by a member of EA France otherwise they would have credited the skins to whoever made them, if they were fan-made.

Hmm... I've actually not updated this pack in a long time.
Some time back I started afresh by clearing out a lot of stuff because it became apparent that EA were happy to get 3rd party fans/developers to churn out junk for them.
However I've have been organising all the official content that I can find, so here's a zip file containing all the official and pre-order objects that I've been able to collect:

That's only the objects in that pack.
However if there's enough demand, I'll post up official clothing, hairs and Stories stuff in the near future.
(Not www.thesims2store.com content though.)
I'm pretty certain that's all the official/pre-order objects that are currently available, however please let me know if you think I've missed something.
Also all relevant objects *should* be updated to include functions added in later expansion packs.
To install either put in your downloads folder.
