Besides the pre-order jukebox download for Deluxe, I don't think there are any extra in-game objects for The Sims 2 in the Deluxe version.
As far as I'm aware Deluxe only consists of the base game and the Nightlife expansion pack, plus a bonus DVD of tutorial videos.
However no extra objects on top of the base and Nightlife content.
I don't have Deluxe so I can't confirm this 100% but I've never heard of any extra objects that were exclusive to Deluxe.
Where did you hear about these extra objects?
Can you name any of the objects?

Sims Deluxe contained several objects not included in any Sims expansions, but as far as I know Sims 2 Deluxe is really just Sims2 + Nightlife + Bonus DVD/w video clips, the only bonus item being the pre-order jukebox.

Had a feeling they might be "Lost & Found" items...
For anyone that doesn't know, they're items that Maxis originally developed for release into the game but for some reason or another decided to abort the idea, however rather than wiping the items completely from the game they sometimes leave trace amounts of the coding which mod makers can extract to re-create the items.
(Sounds a little sloppy on Maxis' part, if you ask me... )
That said though during the promotion of the game, before the game itself it 100% complete, they could use any of the items in a trailer or preview screenshot and then they could remove the items after they've created the trailer or screenshots for promotion.
Which is what would lead to those items still being seeing in the promotional material for Deluxe, which is kind of misleading if you're expecting to see those items in the game.
However fortunately for EA they have that little bit of fine print for any promotional material that says that any screenshots or trailers *may* not be a 100% accurate depiction of what's in the game as it's still subject to change during development.
Handily excusing EA of any legal issues they might face should someone wish to argue with them about false advertising.

I don't think so, either. Cause this screen that someone posted above is an old The Sims 2 base game screenshot (bottom post for details X'D). they (Maxis/EA) just edited it, and by this i mean they just put the sims 2 deluxe logo in it.
and now look under "screens added nov.26, 2003" is this Gamespot page http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strate...&tag=images%3Ball&page=22 the same screen is there with the old sims 2 logo in it.
