Avatars are no longer allowed to be larger then 160x160, and must be less then 1MB.

Off site linking to avatars are no longer allowed, since those avatars dont obey the rules. They can be any size. So it was disabled for viewer convince.

If you want a avatar from a site really bad, save it to your computer, and then upload it though the option box in your profile.
