FYI, actually you do not need an exclusive unlock code for Purple Pug, Star Dalmatian or Bandit Cat, just enter the unexclusive one, that is, the normal unlock code for the Dog Star Pattern, Dog Purple Fur or Cat Bandit Mask and then customize their strings by changing them into "SIMSTEAM". Then, you should get all the unlockable breed. I figured this out by accident.
