It looks like Best Buy have got it wrong. The Rubber Duck Family are a pre order bonus item for the Interior Design EP from Play.com

@ BD - The rubber duck set is supposed to be a bonus item for the kitchen and bath set, but I have also heard that EA are trying to fix the problem with best buy. So whether they put up the ducks or some other bonus I don't know yet. I will let you know as soon as I do.
