cant download my gameit keeps saying that it cant find
csbin/ts2bodyshop.exe
is this something that i need to download?

I been having the same problem am trying to reinstall my game after i restore my my computer and its keeps saying stuff like thats every time it reaches 4%.

The most likely cause is a scratched or dirty disk, try cleaning the disk.

I did all of that the thing is i try to see if it was the disk by running it on my laptop and it copyed fine but not on my desktop for thats the main computer i play it on.

You could try copying the file that it cannot read, from your laptop onto a disk, then when it reaches that point when installing it on your desktop, change the disks over, once it has installed that file, you can change the disks back and it will continue installing as normal. I tried this once with a different game and it worked for me.

Could you just drag and drop the file that it cant read into The Sims directory? I remember doing this for an old game and it just verified that the file was there, and continued on its way.

Could be a drive problem - I read once that dvd-drives may react this way when they run too fast.

well no i downloaded the digital version of the game and am still getting the same problem so i definetly know its my computer and am so upset.

Fragmented Harddisk perhaps?
Did you try the support vom EA Store?

yea but i have tried some of the stuff they sent me and its not really helping.Am soo un happy rigth now and i have only had this computer for two and a half years.

Onika, what is the error message that comes up when you try installing your game?, and what are you installing? i.e the base game or one of the ep's?

it's the base game I will add a image to show u but not today I am using my iPod because my computer is not working so I will post the link to the pic later on.
