Well actually jvd66 beat us both to being the first to host the items:
http://ts2preorderpack.myfreeforum.org/sutra1187.php#1187 Besides I never get any preorders first, I'm from the UK so the games tend to be released a few days after the American release. For example, Bon Voyage isn't out till Friday here. 
So therefore of course I won't receive my preorder code until the game is actually released here and shipped to me. By which time the items are already listed and available for download here, guess it just goes to show how quickly we work together though.
