I was looking at the pre-order information - I'm a bit confused - so the European Sports car you get from the EA Store is a car for The Sims 3? If so, it's odd that they added that feature of driving now instead of waiting for an expansion pack for that.

My husband says he thinks that the car is a bonus for The Sims 3 - he doesn't think they would have a bonus item for The Sims 2 when pre-ordering for The Sims 3 since they don't know who all has The Sims 2. Makes since I guess - I told him I'm ordering for that European Sports Car - which you have to order through the EA Store. I don't know if they are offering that car through another store or not. Will have to keep my eyes open.

Just found out the the car is in fact for The Sims 3. It's neat that they will be able to drive now instead of waiting for an expansion pack to drive.

There are two cars - a blue vintage car and a orange European Sports car. I already got the blue vintage car from Best Buy. It was $5 for the collection thing. I'm still gonna order the complete collection from either Game Stop or EA. Both are offering the orange European Sports Car.

There are two pre-order cars. One is the blue vintage and the other is a orange European sports car. Best Buy has a The Sims 3 Complete Collection for $5 and you get the blue vintage car code with download instructions (the car is for The Sims 3 only), The Sims 3 stickers, and a poster. Gamestop and EA store offer the orange European Sports car, the stickers, poster, and a key chain when you pre-order The Sims 3 Complete Collection for almost $70. I'm still gonna order through one of the two stores. I hope that clears things up for you.
