Well I say collection, currently it's just two new items.
However it's two brand new baby related items that haven't been released before:

225 Points each... rather expensive compared to other items.
I wonder if they have special animations or interactions?

They both have their own unique sounds and animations that have not been seen in any Sims Expansion or Stuff Pack yet.

However they're quite controversal because looking at their code in SimPE, coupled with the fact that they showed up very early during the promotion of Apartment Life, it's strongly believed that they were removed on purpose to add to The Sims Store.

Of course, EA will argue that they weren't working or had to be removed from Apartment Life for some other reason.
It does all seem very coincidental though...
