The German site simtimes.de reports now that 2 items will be available through pre-ordering at the German book/media store Weltbild.

These are:

Well I've pre-ordered from Play.com which entitles me to the Benno TV Bench, however I'm from the UK so will have to wait until the end of the week before my order is shipped and the download given to me.

Of course, I'll upload it here once I get it.
However if anyone gets the download before I do, feel free to upload it yourself.
