I am not sure if this link is only available in certain locations, but some people have had issues of it not working for them. Since these are free items, I have also uploaded them Here

Well, it is not availabe from the German site, but via changing the language of the site to US it can be accessed.
You still need to be registered to download it, though.

From what I have read in other forums, these clothes seem to be adult / young adult conversion from teen clothes also available in the store, partly with new textures.
