| What do you mean by exlusive? Items in Castaway Stories that are not to be found in any Sims2 expansion? That would be quite a lot, I think, judging from the screenshots I have seen so far. |

Yes, I mean stuff which isn't in TS2 (any EP/SP), TSLS and TSPS !
I think it's too early to ask the TS2 conversion ! |

The castaway clothes and native clothes can be easily converted !
There are some new outdoor objects (nature objects) which are convertible !
Sadly the TSCS neighborhood can't be loaded by TS2 !
And TSCS seems to be less compatible with TS2 than TSLS and TSPS ! |

A bunch of Castaway Stories items (Along with the previous Life and Pets stuff made by the same people), can be found here:

They are by no means official, just conversions by modders.
However the quality is of a high level that you would think it was an official release.
That said though by reading the forum's thread, it appears to be very much a work in progress still with a few minor bugs and issues that are being looked into, so use the objects at your own caution in the meantime.
Personally I've not tried the objects in my main Sims 2 game yet as I'm still playing Castaway Stories itself, so I can't tell you my own experiences with the conversions yet.
Still at least it gives me something to look forward to once I finish Jessica's story!  |
